Time

There are three periods:
Week 26:       22 - 26  of June
Week 28:       6 - 10    of July  
Week 29:       13 - 17   of July  

Information meeting

For all participants. Parents are welcome as well.

Time:           Sunday 18.00 before every camp week
Location:    Stångebro ishall, Gumpekullavägen 3

More information will be sent to you by email and published in the private Facebook group.

Program

We recommend to attend at least 2 weeks to be able to create progress.
20 minutes warming up before each ice training

Package 1:
3 x 50 minutes ice training (jump classes, skating skill classes, spin classes)
2 x 50 min off-ice (condition, dance, stretching, power training), from Monday to Friday

Package 2:
2 x 50 minutes ice training (jump classes, skating skill classes, spin classes)
1 x 50 min off-ice (condition, dance, stretching, power training), from Monday to Friday

Lessons will be held in English and Swedish.
Extra ice is available for private lessons (extra costs). You can book private lessons with Andras, Edit and Tifani. Contact Andras for details

 

Location

Linköping, Sweden
(usually in Telfs, Austria)

Weekends

As we don't have training sessions on the weekends, we do activities together.
Previous years we have done activities like climbing, swimming in water park, shopping, sightseeing, paddling in lakes and going to Innsbruck.

   

Camp clothes

Summer of Champion 2020 training shirt, hoodie and pants will be available for order.
