We recommend to attend at least 2 weeks to be able to create progress. 20 minutes warming up before each ice training
Package 1: 3 x 50 minutes ice training (jump classes, skating skill classes, spin classes) 2 x 50 min off-ice (condition, dance, stretching, power training), from Monday to Friday
Package 2: 2 x 50 minutes ice training (jump classes, skating skill classes, spin classes) 1 x 50 min off-ice (condition, dance, stretching, power training), from Monday to Friday
Lessons will be held in English and Swedish. Extra ice is available for private lessons (extra costs). You can book private lessons with Andras, Edit and Tifani. Contact Andras for details

As we don't have training sessions on the weekends, we do activities together. Previous years we have done activities like climbing, swimming in water park, shopping, sightseeing, paddling in lakes and going to Innsbruck.
Summer of Champion 2020 training shirt, hoodie and pants will be available for order. More information will be published soon.
